Welcome to SkyCare – SkyCity's Customer Care Centre.
We have designed this space with the needs of our customers, families, friends and the community in mind. It is a dedicated space located within the building, but outside of SkyCity Adelaide’s approved gaming areas where you can take a break and find useful resources.
Please note: Due to renovations, our Customer Care Centre has temporarily relocated to this location on the Main Gaming Floor, adjacent to the Baccarat Pavilion.


What to be aware of when visiting the SkyCare Centre:
- If you, or someone you know, is in distress due to gambling related harm, this space is for you to come and access support that may help meet your needs;
- The SkyCare Centre is available during open hours and is under surveillance at all times to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff;
- The SkyCare Centre is for everyone, with resources in a variety of languages, including access to a phone translation service, if required;
- You will have the ability to discretely speak with a Host Responsibility staff member and ask any questions you may have about gaming and/or your needs;
- There is a separate room dedicated to holding private and confidential conversations with our Host Responsibility team members;
- There are a variety of gambling welfare-related resources available for you to view or for you to take with you;
- There will be allocated times where we will have support services onsite and, on occasion, these services will hold facilitated support groups in this space.
