How do I join?
Join online here, or visit the SkyCity Rewards Hub to fill out a membership form. Please note that all new members need to present current photo ID (Passport, Australian or NZ Driver’s License or Australian proof of age card) at the SkyCity Rewards Hub to complete their membership and start enjoying member benefits.
How can I update my contact details?
You can update your address, phone number and email address by:
- Log into the ‘My Details’ section on The SkyCity Rewards section of the SkyCity App, OR
- Visit the SkyCity Rewards Hub on the ground floor of the casino, OR
- Call our Customer Care Centre on (08) 8212 2811
To update your name or residential address, visit the SkyCity Rewards Hub on the ground floor of the casino with proof of the change.
I've lost my Membership Card. How can I get a new one?
Visit the SkyCity Rewards Hub on the ground floor of the casino, with current photo ID and our friendly team will print you a replacement card.
You can earn and redeem Rewards points every time you eat, drink and play at SkyCity. When redeeming, 100 points = $1, and you will need your PIN.
Rewards Points expire if they are not used within six (6) months from the time they are earned.
You can view your Rewards Points balance by logging on to SkyCity Rewards on the SkyCity app, or on the kiosks located throughout the casino.
By default, your PIN is the year you are born. We suggest that you change your PIN and keep it private, as this protects all funds, points and benefits kept on your account.
