Q: Do I need to be present to win?
A: Yes — when your name is called you have 2 minutes to make your way to the Atrium with your Rewards card and photo ID.
Q: Do my tickets carry over between weeks?
A: Tickets are valid up until the barrel is cleared after the Saturday 8pm draw. You will need to print fresh tickets the following week.
Q: Not a member yet?
A: Joining is free and takes just a few minutes. You must be 18 or over and have valid photo ID. Sign up at the SkyCity Rewards Desk.
Q: How are prizes paid?
A: Cash prizes are paid immediately after each draw. If you’re lucky enough to win the BMW M-218i, collection will be facilitated by Adelaide BMW

A: The VIP draw barrel is located in the Opal Room — not the Atrium. Make sure you're entering in the right place.
Q: Do I need to be present to win?
A: Yes — you have 2 minutes to reach the Opal Room when your name is called, with your Rewards card and photo ID.
Q: Can I enter both the MGF and VIP draws?
A: Yes. As a VIP member you're eligible for both. Each promotion has its own barrel, location and draw schedule.
Q: Do tickets carry over?
A: VIP barrels are cleared after each Sunday 7pm draw. Print and enter fresh tickets for the following week's draws.
