What are the breakfast options?
iTL offers in-house breakfast for EoS guests. Located on the ground floor and facing festival plaza, our guests can opt for an A La Carte selection, or can select the full Eos In House Guest breakfast, which includes unlimited coffee, tea, and juice + one menu item & 2 add-ons. Bookings can be made online, during check in, or through the In-Room tablet, and additional charges do apply.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in time is 3pm, check-out is 11am.
Can I please have an early check in or late check out?
We would be more than happy to note an early check-in request against your booking; however as a request this is subject to availability and cannot be confirmed until arrival. To guarantee an early check-in you would be required to book the night prior to your arrival date.
Is there a swimming pool and spa?
Yes, there is a warm spa swimming pool and spa on the Leisure Deck.
Can I leave my bags in storage after check-out?
Yes, we can arrange baggage storage post check-out at the concierge’s desk without any charge. Please contact the concierge team after check-out.
Where can I book to dine?

How do I book a spa treatment?
Visit Eos Spa + Wellness to book a spa treatment during your stay. Alternatively, ask our Luxury Experts at reception to assist you.
Is valet parking available?
Valet is available at a cost of $55 per vehicle per day. Enter Festival Drive off King William Road, passing the entrance to Festival Car Park and continue on to the Eos driveway, on arrival you will be met by our Eos valet team.
How can I enter Eos if I am walking?
From North Terrace, please wonder down Station Lane (past The Kitchen), to the main entrance of the SkyCity Adelaide Expansion building. Walk through the revolving door and you will see a large visual arts display in the foyer, enter into the lifts and press 'C' for Concourse. Once outside the lifts, you will see entry for Eos.
