  • Do I need to be present to win?

    Yes — when your name is called you have 2 minutes to make your way to the Atrium with your Rewards card and photo ID.

  • How many bonus draw tickets do I get?

    You can print 1 bonus draw ticket every Thursday Jackpot Draw day, for a total of 7. Plus you can print 1 bonus draw ticket on the Thursday Bonus Draw day. This totals to 8 bonus draw tickets.

  • Not a member yet?

    Joining is free and takes just a few minutes. You must be 18 or over and have valid photo ID. Sign up at the SkyCity Rewards Desk.

  • How are prizes paid?

    Cash prizes for the weekly Jackpot Draws are paid immediately after each draw, subject to SkyCity Adelaide's Daily Cash Limit Policy.

    The cash prize for the Bonus Draw is paid, subject to SkyCity Adelaide's Daily Cash Limit Policy and SkyCity Adelaide completing the ticket validation process, which may take up to 7 business days from the date of the draw. 

  • What if I forget to print my bonus ticket on Thursday?

    You can only print your bonus ticket on the Thursday Jackpot Draw days between 10:00am and 11:59pm or on the Bonus Draw day between 10:00am and 7:45pm. You will not be able to print outside of those times.

  • Where do I print my bonus draw ticket?

    You can print it at any Rewards Kiosk within SkyCity Adelaide?

  • What if I forget my SkyCity Rewards card at home or what if I have lost it?

    Simply visit the Rewards Desk, provide your ID and ask for a new card.
