You asked — we listened. $1 oysters are officially here to stay, with Tuesdays at The Kitchen now dedicated to everyone’s favourite indulgence.

Order an eligible drink and you’ll unlock $1 oysters — shucked fresh to order and served all night long.

For our SkyCity Rewards members, we’re keeping the good times rolling with an exclusive Friday edition: $1 oysters from 4–6PM with any eligible drink.

So, whether you’re chasing a midweek treat or easing into the weekend, make it oysters by the dozen (or two). We recommend a glass of NV Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve for the quintessential champagne-and-oysters pairing.
