Terms & Conditions

SOL ROOFTOP FOOD AND DRINK PACKAGE

  • This offer is run by SkyCity Adelaide Pty Ltd ABN 72 082 362 061 trading as SOL Rooftop (SOL). By proceeding with a booking, each guest fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these terms and conditions.
  • The package runs for a fixed duration of 2 hours, commencing strictly from the scheduled booking time, not the time of guest arrival. Bookings are not extendable or refundable in the event of late arrival or early departure. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Each booking requires a minimum of 6 guests and allows a maximum of 15 guests. Booths and areas (both indoor and outdoor) will be allocated based on group size and availability. Specific seating requests are not guaranteed.
  • Package includes a selection of house spirits, tap beer, seasonal tap spritz, house focaccia, marinated olives, corn chips, fries, and crispy cauliflower. Food will be served intermittently throughout the duration of the booking. All items outside the package can be purchased separately at bar pricing.
  • Only 1 drink per person may be served at any time. Last drinks will be called 15 minutes prior to the end of the booking. All food and beverage orders must be made exclusively through the service point or bar designated to the group by SOL. Orders placed at other locations will not be included in the package.
  • This offer is strictly 18+. Valid photo ID must be presented upon request. All guests must comply with SOL’s Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and liquor licencing obligations. SOL reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any guest for any legitimate reason including, but not limited to, intoxication, disorderly conduct, or to comply with applicable RSA requirements. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
  • Packages are only available during standard venue operating hours and will not be available at any time between 12:01am and 7:00am. SOL serves the right to alter, substitute or remove included beverages at any time, without prior notice. Final inclusions may vary depending on availability.
  • Other than liability which cannot be excluded by law, SOL (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability and is not responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage, whether indirect, direct, special or consequential, arising in any way out of any participation in, cancellation or delay of this offer for any reason.
