Every Thursday night, The Kitchen’s Head Chef fires up the grill to serve a rotating cut of premium steak — selected on the day and served hot off the flames, with nothing but salt on top to let the meat speak for itself.
Each cut is paired with a glass of red, handpicked by our bar team to match. The wine changes weekly, but the pairing is always on point.
Prefer a little sauce on the side? Choose from:
Red wine & onion, porcini cream, chimichurri, or café de Paris.
Sides aren’t included — but they’re worth adding:
Mixed Leaf Salad, citrus dressing, parmesan crumbs
Crispy Fries
Pistachio Honey Carrots
Smashed Baby Potatoes, garlic butter, shaved parmesan
Mac ’n’ Cheese
Bookings not required, but it’s first come, best cut.
