The Kitchen has introduced four limited dishes that highlight and bring forth the best of truffle flavour. From Lobster Linguini with Truffle Butter to a Truffle Honey Panna Cotta, flavours are simple yet leave their distinguished mark.
For those who have a comfort dish at The Kitchen, freshly shaved truffle can be added to any item from The Kitchen’s menu
Sourced from Western Australia and Tasmania, these truffles are known as Perigord truffles or tartufo nero, when sourced from other areas of the world.
