Appointment Cancellation, Rescheduling and Amendment Policy

We understand that sometimes plans may change. If you need to reschedule or cancel a Spa + Wellness reservation, the minimum notice periods are required: 24hrs for a solo booking. 48hrs for couples or duo bookings. 72hrs for group bookings of 3 of more guests. Cancellations and rescheduling outside of this will incur a 100% fee or gift vouchers will be regarded as redeemed if the required notice is not provided and we cannot re-fill your reservation time from our wait list guests.

Gift Certificates

Gift ‘extraordinary’ at Eos Spa + Wellness. Our beautifully packaged gift certificates can be purchased at spa reception during opening hours. Online gift vouchers are also available at any time via our website and both options are valid for 3 years.

Arrival Time 

Please arrive a minimum 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, as this allows you the time to prepare, pause and enjoy a refreshment in the relaxation lounge prior to your treatment. A punctual arrival also ensures you receive the full length of your treatment as we endeavour to remain on schedule for each and every guest

Pool and Spa Attire

We ask in-house guests to please arrive robed & wearing slippers provided within their hotel rooms. External guests, please wear what makes you feel comfortable. You will be provided with a personal locker with a robe, slippers and disposable underwear for your convenience. Swimwear is mandatory for Aquum reservations.

Health and Hygiene

  1. Guests are required to shower prior to using Aquum facilities and the pool area.
  2. Guests must not enter the Spa + Wellness area if they are sick or feeling unwell. If you have an appointment in the Spa please contact us directly to reschedule.
  3. All Treatment rooms and equipment used are thoroughly sanitised between treatments. Should you wish your Spa Therapist to wear a mask during your treatment we will be happy to oblige.
  4. Guests must inform us of any skin or health concerns or conditions in advance prior to their appointment as in some instances treatment may require medical consent or slight modifications to the protocol.
  5. Smoking, vaping, and the use of mobile phones are not permitted anywhere inside the Spa. 
  6. Our Spa Team are trained in infection control prevention measures for COVID-19 to industry and official health authority best practise standards. You can rest assured that we have screening measures in place to ensure compliance by our Spa team and guests with travel restrictions and quarantine regulations prior to every treatment.
  7. If you are showing any signs or symptoms of illness, please contact us immediately to reschedule your appointment.

Valuables

We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of personal items, including those left in lockers and bathrobes. We recommend that you leave valuables at home or in your hotel room.

Minimum Age

Young people under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guardian or adult when using the Pool and Aquum area or having a treatment.

Payment Methods

  1. Your spa experience is kept exclusively for you; pre-payment is required at the time of booking to secure all spa reservations.

  2. Cash, eftpos and all major credit cards are accepted. In-house guests are welcome to charge spa therapies or products to their room account. Surcharges may apply to some cards.

Returns

Product returns only accepted with proof of purchase and where the product is deemed faulty. We adhere to the Australian Consumer Law and health and safety regulations when handling any requests for a return or refund.ions when handling any requests for a return or refund.

In Room Massage

We accommodate in-room massage booking for couples only with a minimum of two Spa Therapists present at all times. Please book well in advance.

EOS Swimming Pool and Spa Pool Conditions of Use

For your enjoyment and safety, please take note of the following information and conditions of use:

  1. The Swimming Pool and Spa Pool are open from 5am - 10pm daily.
  2. Aquum is open within Spa operating hours from 10am-7pm daily.
  3. There is no Lifeguard on duty at any time.
  4. The Leisure Deck is a calm and relaxing space for the enjoyment of Eos Hotel + Eos Spa + Wellness guests.
  5. Eos Spa + Leisure Deck Menu is available to order for Leisure Deck dining during Swimming Pool open hours.
  6. Guests must shower prior to using the Swimming Pool, Spa Pool, and all Aquum facilities.
  7. Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times whilst using the Swimming Pool, Spa Pool, and Aquum facilities.
  8. Babies must wear correct swimming nappies at all times in the Swimming Pool & Spa Pool.
  9. Young people under the age of 16 must be always accompanied by a parent or guardian during spa treatments or while using Aquum and leisure deck facilities.
  10. Glassware is not permitted on the Leisure Deck.
  11. Running and diving into and around the Swimming Pool and Spa Pool is prohibited.
