Check-in + Check-out

Valet Parking
Valet parking is available at a cost of $55.00 per vehicle per day via our Eos Valet Team. Enter the Eos driveway via Festival Drive; maximum height restriction of 2.2m.

Self Parking
Self-parking is available on B3, B4 & B5 levels of Wilson Festival Carpark (additional costs apply). Enter carpark via Festival Drive; maximum height restriction of 2.2m.

Photography

Guest experience, comfort & privacy is always front of mind for us here at Eos by SkyCity. With that in mind, the use of professional camera equipment in and around public spaces is not permitted, without the prior written approval of hotel management.

Swimming Pool + Spa Pool

The Eos Leisure Deck is open from 5am to 10pm daily. Access for Eos Hotel guests is complimentary.

Our state-of-the-art Gymansium is open from 5am to 10pm daily.

Eos Spa + Wellness 

Eos Spa + Wellness is open from 9am to 7pm, Friday to Wednesday (closed Thursdays). Our Eucalyptus Steam Room + Cedarwood Sauna is open from 9am to 7pm daily. Advance treatment reservations strongly recommended: BOOK NOW

Smoking Policy

Eos by SkyCity is a 100% smoke-free property, including the use of e-cigarettes. Failure to comply may result in a financial penalty.

Infants

We provide a range of amenities, to ensure a comfortable stay for our littlest of guests. To request from our range of Stokke high chairs, BabyBjorn bouncers and more, please call one of our Luxury Experts on (8) 7077 3588.

 

Dress code

Eos by SkyCity is a destination that has been thoughtfully designed for the pleasure seekers. We encourage all guests to keep a standard minimum dress code of ‘smart casual’ at all times during their stay.

Eos by SkyCity does not feature a business centre, though we offer free Wi-Fi throughout and printing/copying can be accommodated by the team where required.

Mini Bar

In collaboration with local artisan producers, we have curated a range of distinctive South Australian products for you to indulge. If you would like all, or any part of your mini bar removed from your room before you check in please let us know via email.

Preauthorisation

A $200.00 pre-authorisation will be collected on arrival for all room types, which can be used to cover incidentals incurred on your final account. The timeframe for release can vary between financial institutions, with an average release time of 7 – 10 business days. Please note: a $500 pre-authorisation applies for cash bonds.
