Enjoy a bountiful nine-dish Lunar New Year banquet designed by Chef Johnny Zhong and his team, curated as an abundant feast rich in authentic Cantonese flavour. The menu features standout delicacies including a fruit wood oven roast meat platter, eight treasures lotus leaf rice, and live fish steamed with ginger and scallion soy sauce. The experience concludes with Huami’s signature dessert — white chocolate semifreddo with red bean and passionfruit for a sweet and memorable finish.

Booking Terms & Conditions 

  • The Huami Lunar New Year Banquet Menu is available for a minimum of 4 guests. 
  • Bookings of 6 guests or more may be seated across two tables, as round tables accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. 
  • A 15% surcharge applies on Sundays and public holidays, in line with SkyCity policy. 
  • All bookings are allocated a two-hour seating time. 
  • Children are welcome and must be supervised by a guardian at all times. 

 

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation. No-shows or late cancellations will incur a fee of $50 per person, charged to the credit card on file.
