Texas Hold'em Bonus Poker
Poker Progressive Jackpot – we’ve halved the bet and doubled the jackpot!
Caribbean Stud and Texas Hold’em Poker are both linked to the progressive jackpot.
This is a jackpot side bet which can be placed by the players. Prior to the dealing the next hand of cards you have the opportunity to participate in the displayed jackpot prize. To do this, place your jackpot wager onto the jackpot betting area adjacent to the regular betting boxes.
This makes you eligible for a jackpot prize, in addition to the regular payment made to a winning bet. You receive a jackpot payout on a qualifying hand regardless of whether the dealer opens or not.
What is the objective of the game?
To achieve a Poker hand Higher than that of the Dealer and to win an addition Jackpot bonus (optional) by being dealt one of the top five Poker hands.
How do I start?
First place a wager in the ‘Ante’ area. You also have the option of placing an additional nominal Bet on the Jackpot spot – this makes you eligible for the Jackpot bonuses. After the initial Ante wagers have been placed, all Players receive two cards face down.
How do I bet?
Look at your cards. If you think you can beat the Dealer’s hand, place your cards face down in the Box area and make an additional wager (twice that of your Ante) on the Flop area. If you are not confident that your hand can beat the Dealer’s hand, you may fold and forfeit your Ante and Jackpot wagers. After all Players have either folded or Bet, the Dealer displays the Flop. The Dealer will ask if you want to Bet (equal to your Ante) the Turn or check, after all decisions are made the Dealer will display the Turn card. The Dealer will ask if you want to Bet (equal to your Ante) the River or check, after all decisions are made the Dealer will display the River card. The Dealer will then deal themself two cards.
How do I win?
If you beat the Dealer’s hand, you will be paid even money on all your wagers (except the Ante Bet which will only be paid for hands of a Flush or Better). If the Dealer’s hand is higher than your hand, you lose all your Bets.
How do I win the Jackpot Bonus?
If you place a Jackpot Bet and your hand qualifies for a payout, you win regardless of whether the Dealer has a better hand or not, see signage at the table for payout odds. To qualify for the Jackpot you must use your two cards and the Flop. The Progressive jackpot is also shared with Caribbean Stud. It is also optional to play a Bonus Side Bet, and you win regardless of the dealer’s hand. See signage at the table for payout odds.
