From August 6 to October 5, Don Julio, the world’s original handcrafted luxury tequila is taking over level 9 for a limited-time residency like no other.

We’re serving up exclusive Don Julio cocktails, fresh tequila experiences, and a specially curated menu inspired by the rich heritage and bold flavours of Mexico’s finest tequila. These creations will only be available during the residency — when it’s gone, it’s gone.

Don Julio House Party

We’re throwing a house party to celebrate the residency, hosted by a Don Julio Brand Ambassador. Expect live DJs, roaming photographers, and all the good vibes that come with tequila-fuelled nights. This is your chance to experience the spirit of Don Julio beyond the glass — with cocktails, curated bites, and an insider atmosphere that you won’t want to miss.

Bottomless Brunch — now with Margaritas & Palomas
We’ve shaken things up! Your favourite weekend ritual just got better with two hours of bottomless Margaritas and Palomas, alongside free-flowing Prosecco, spritz, and seasonal wine pours. Our tiered menu delivers bold, flavour-packed bites — sweet and savoury — for $99 per person every Saturday on level 9.

Dipped Sundays — Introducing Don’s Edit
Sundays just got cozier with our revamped bottomless chocolate fondue experience. Start your session with Don’s Edit: a rich Mexican Hot Chocolate, available with or without Don Julio tequila, infused with warming chilli, cinnamon, and star anise. After two indulgent hours, stay awhile and enjoy toasty winter cocktails and seasonal small plates.

Midweek Margs — Because tequila tastes better with a view
Join us Wednesday to Friday from 2PM for our new Midweek Margs offering, featuring Maxi Marg jugs, Classic Margaritas, and a rotating Margarita of the Week — from Tom Yum to Salted Caramel, we’re mixing up bold, unexpected flavours. Ask in venue what’s on this week!
