A reminder email for upcoming spa reservations will be sent with plenty of notice prior to your arrival. If we do not hear from you, we will consider your spa reservation confirmed.
Payment
Your spa experience is kept exclusively for you; pre-payment is required at the time of booking to secure all spa reservations. Cash, eftpos and all major credit cards are accepted. In-house guests are welcome to charge spa therapies or products to their room account. Surcharges may apply to some cards.
Advance reservation
We recommend reserving all spa + wellness experiences in advance to avoid disappointment.
Valuables
We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of personal items, including those left in lockers and bathrobes. We recommend that you leave valuables at home or in your hotel room.
Privacy and modesty
We have the utmost respect for your privacy and personal information remains confidential.
Changes to reservation
We understand that sometimes plans may change. If you need to reschedule or cancel a spa + wellness reservation, the minimum notice periods are required: 24hrs for a solo booking. 48hrs for couples or duo bookings. 72hrs for group bookings of 3 of more guests. Cancellations and rescheduling outside of this will incur a 100% fee or gift vouchers will be regarded as redeemed if the required notice is not provided and we cannot re-fill your reservation time from our wait list guests.
Minimum age
Young people under the age of 16 must be always accompanied by a parent or guardian during spa treatments or while using Aquum and leisure deck facilities.
Retail therapy
We have a wonderful selection of Australian made organic skin, body & lifestyle products to choose from that are 100% vegan, eco-ethical, sustainably sourced and cruelty-free for all home self-care.
Payment
Cash, eftpos and all major credit cards accepted. In-house guests may charge therapies and products to their room account. Surcharges may apply to some cards.
Returns
Product returns only accepted with proof of purchase and where the product is deemed faulty. We adhere to the Australian Consumer Law and health and safety regulations when handling any requests for a return or refund.
Arrival time
Please arrive 20 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment, as this allows you the time to prepare and take a pause and enjoy a refreshment in the relaxation lounge prior to your treatment. A punctual arrival also ensures you receive the full length of your treatment as we endeavour to remain on schedule for each and every guest.
Spa manner & attire
The tranquil spa environment is peaceful and clean. Smoking, vaping, and the use of mobile phones are not permitted.
We ask in-house guests to please arrive robed & wearing slippers provided within their hotel rooms. External guests, please wear what makes you feel comfortable. You will be provided with a personal locker with a robe, slippers and disposable underwear for your convenience. Swimwear is mandatory for Aquum reservations.
Lifestyle consultation
Your wellbeing is very important to us, and it is essential that you inform us of any health conditions or pregnancy when scheduling your appointment as certain spa treatments may not be suitable or safe. We welcome preparing you a tailored treatment instead.

COVID-19
We are committed to your care and safety whilst visiting our Spa. Our Spa team are trained in infection control measures to industry and official health authority best practice standards. You can rest assured that we have screening measures in place to ensure compliance by our Spa team and guests with travel restrictions and quarantine regulations prior to every treatment.
