CAPACITY
SKYCITY BALLROOM
The SkyCity Ballroom, with 6m high floor-to-ceiling windows bathes the room in natural light and offers views of the River Torrens, surrounding parklands and the iconic Adelaide Oval. This contemporary space with modern fittings and furnishing can hold up to 450 guests seated, 600 guests standing, and also has the versatility to divide into two separate rooms. A sweeping balcony allows guests to step outside from the Ballroom for fresh air and a fantastic view of the surrounding Riverbank.
SOUTHWEST SUITE
The SouthWest Suite is a more intimate room, perfect for dinners of up to 60 guests or other small gatherings and business events. This space is wrapped with 180-degree windows with views of the Riverbank to the East and the Adelaide Casino heritage building to the rear.
SKYCITY BOARDROOMS
Three beautifully furnished Boardrooms equipped with ultra-modern 5.4m tables and the latest in-built audio visual technology, connectivity and touch press room controls are perfect for hosting business meetings. These rooms are also a fantastic option for private dining experiences and smaller gatherings with bespoke degustation style catering available upon request. All rooms boast views of the Riverbank or Festival Plaza and Adelaide Hills and two have private balconies.
SUITE 88
Suite 88 is an oasis of elegance where every detail has been thoughtfully curated to ensure your event is truly unforgettable. A harmonious blend of modern amenities and timeless charm, offering you a sanctuary of relaxation and indulgence.

Our exclusive Level 2 events floor can be easily accessed by elevator and lift via our Station Lane entry.
OUR LOCATION
The Festival Car Park is located on Festival Drive, right next to SkyCity Adelaide and the Adelaide Festival Centre.
Walking: Walk down Station Road to the SkyCity Main Entrance. Enter the revolving door and take the lift directly across from the entrance to level 2. Once on Level 2, turn left to find our boardrooms and then left again for our Ballroom and SouthWest Suite.
Parking: SkyCity Parking is available at the Festival Carpark. This can be located via Festival Drive off of Montefiore Rd or King William Rd.
Follow the road until you reach the boom gates for entry. SkyCity parking is on levels B3, B4 or B5. Take the car park lifts to Level ‘C’, walk across the foyer to the adjacent lifts and press ‘2’ which will take you to our Level 2 function spaces.
