Gift Extraordinary: Eos by SkyCity Gift Certificates may only be used to purchase products or services offered by Eos at SkyCity and participating SkyCity restaurants and bars (when charged back to your room or suite). They are unable to be used for purchasing products or services at Eos Spa + Wellness. They can only be redeemed during your stay and must be redeemed in one full transaction; they expire 3 years from the date of issue and are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash (any unused credit/value will not be refundable). You are required to present a copy of the Gift Certificate to one of our colleagues upon arrival at the hotel.
