See SOL through a Penfolds lens until November 24th in celebration of their newly released Penfolds Champagne Cuvée Brut NV. Coinciding with Penfolds 180th Anniversary year milestone, the Champagne is crisp, cool, and unapologetically lively on the palate. Think just baked lemon meringue pie, raspberry pastille, nougat and yanillin pod.
In true collaborative fashion, the SOL High Tea has been reworked in honour of Penfolds iconic birthday and their newest liquid edition.
Keep an eye out for Penfolds infused dishes that we have dashed throughout SOL’s menu, including two limited edition cocktails: the Penfolds Sour and the Penfolds Royale.

CHAMPAGNE THROUGH A PENFOLDS LENS
Penfolds continues its partnership with family-owned Champagne House Thiénot, releasing a new Penfolds Cuvée Brut NV Champagne, first announced and showcased at Hôtel de Crillon in Paris in February 2024, at the beginning of Penfolds 180th Anniversary year. Penfolds relationship with Thiénot is an exemplar of its French alliances and aspirations, and a continuum of a Penfolds fascination with Champagne dating back to the 19th century.
