It doesn’t get much higher than level 9.

Start your High Tea with a chilled glass of Penfolds x Thiénot Rosé Champagne, paired with an array of locally sourced organic teas. The Sol team will then bring a tiered selection of savoury, sweet and experimental treats to your table.

Finish off with an assortment of pastries and cakes from our Marble Patisserie Bar.
