Former AFL player turned indigenous food entrepreneur Daniel Motlop joins award-winning chef Kane Pollard at one of Adelaide’s most esteemed gastronomic destinations: Sôl Bar and Restaurant.
Join the pair for an intimate exploration of indigenous ingredients with a three-course menu celebrating Something Wild’s diverse produce. Your evening will start with a selection of snacks on Sôl’s Rooftop Bar and a musical performance from Daniel’s cousin Marlon Motlop, then moving into the restaurant for the main event.
Each course will be paired with Seven Seasons spirits, a range shaped by the native lore of its indigenous founders.
Proudly perched on level 9 of SkyCity Adelaide, Sôl Rooftop and Bar allows you to experience 270-degree views from the hills to the coast and share a unique journey as the sun falls and the moon rises.
